| Q: How accurate are the term rates on the site? |

Financial Markets Inc has contracted with a third party to
provide a data feed for the rates. The company that provides the
rate data has been providing up-to-date web based term data feeds since
1987. The information is kept very up-to-date and rates can be
updated as often as daily when carriers make changes. Financial
Markets Inc has used these data feeds internally since the 1990's and
rate errors have been nearly non-existent. We deem the rates to be
very accurate. We must however note that the rates are accurate to
the best of our ability. We are not responsible for errors or
omissions that may occur. |
